Management buy-in Ringeling Machinefabriek

Sander Wijninga has become owner of Ringeling Machinefabriek in Mijdrecht (www.ringeling-bv.nl) through a management buy-in. With the acquisition of a large majority of the shares, Sander has fulfilled his long-cherished entrepreneurial dream and will lead the business to a further growth phase. The former owner will retain a small minority of the shares for the time being.

RINGELING MACHINEFABRIEK BV

Machinefabriek Ringeling was founded in 1961 by Bram Ringeling in the Amstelhoek. The business has now grown into a company with approximately thirty highly experienced professionals. Ringeling specializes in all conventional and CNC-controlled machining for precision parts. Using the modern machinery, the most diverse materials are machined, ranging from high-alloy steels to aluminum and from brass to stainless steel and plastics. The business supplies single pieces as well as small and larger series. The clientele of Machinefabriek Ringeling includes clients from the mechanical engineering, packaging, electrical and printing industries.
